Team Maryland has a brand new state of the art off-ice conditioning facility located at Rockville Ice Arena, the current home Arena where Team Maryland Skates out of. The facility includes:

2. A Full set of dumbbells, ranging from 10lbs-80lbs.

3. 2 Schwinn Airdyne Bikes.

4. 1 Treadmill.

5. 1 Stairmaster.

6. 10 Medicine Balls.

7. 5 Swiss Balls.

8. 2 Bosu Balls.

9. Numerous Balance, Speed and Agility equipment.

10. 1 Skating Slide board.

11. Full set of Box Jumps, ranging from 6 inches-48 inches.

12. Numerous band training equipment and tools.

13. Full set of work out mats and foam rollers.
